(sorry about the shameless plug.....had to do it!) If you want you can do all this work by yourself (you better be an EXCELLENT programmer w/open-source products!), but it's much faster and easier to buy commercial grade products like the above. For non-profits, you can do stuff like TWIG http://www.informationgateway.org/ it doesn't work or look anywhere near as nice as the other commercial grade products....but it works! There are other things similar to twig like squirrel mail or horde....but again, setting them up is NOT easy....especially horde. Twig can work pretty quick....but doesn't offer everything you want. There's a demo section on their site so you can see what it looks and works like. Good luck! Oskar
