Linux 5.2

Hi all,
I have 2 linux boxes on the network both are pingable, however one of
them I can't telnet to, telnetted into the other successfully & tried
rloogin into the problem box no joy.I am also having problems logging in
locally, any ideas.....happened before I rebooted, this solved problem
for a while.
