Network card settings

Hi,
The command mii-tool gives you speed & duplex settings of your onboard
nic,this command works on linux 7.2. however the mii-tool command
doesn't not seem to work on linux 5.2 kernel 2.0.36.....any ideas what
command will give speed & duplex settings on linux 5.2.Also how would
you set manual duplex settings, rather than autonegotiate?.
