What about if the user has forgotten his password, how do you
reset...don't want to delete the user.

At the root prompt type:

passwd username

And then press the Enter key to execute the command. The 'username' is
the user account login (for example: bsmith)

Any other client can change their own password once logged in by typing:

passwd

And then press the Enter key to execute the command.

iroot can change anyones passwd by excecuting: passwd anybody
