Hostname problem

hi everybody,
 I am using RedHat to be booted from Lan
.
And using RamDisk as root filesystem.
problem is to keep that Ramdisk Filesystem to keep in
just 32 MB.

So I want to know which are most important files I
should copy to that RamDisk filesystem so my system
can run with
 1. Networking support
 2. NFS support
I also need to know all other imp files neded at
startup

currently I am able to boot system with 70MB RamDisk
and still it is not showing Hostanme

where this file is stored.
plz any body guide me=20
