Dial in server

Hi all,

I have a RH 6.2 box set up for both dial in access as well as dialing out to
my ISP. The problem is everytime someone dials in and sends their mail my
outgoing modem immediately begins to dial out as well and yet the mail
should only be queued. Any mail from the internal network when sent gets
queued fine. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
