-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 My servers have been running RH7.3 for awhile, since we could not upgrade to RH9.0 due to some issues in RH9.0 . Last night, we tried to migrate to FC1, and the screen showed that it was loading the AIC 7xxxx SCSI module (for the hard drives and CDROM), and then it loaded the megaraid module. From there, I get " there are no hard drives detected".. Odd, since RH5.0-7.3 installed fine... hardware is: 00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corp. 440GX - 82443GX Host bridge 00:01.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corp. 440GX - 82443GX AGP bridge 02:04.0 SCSI storage controller: Adaptec AHA-2940U2/U2W / 7890/7891 02:06.0 SCSI storage controller: Adaptec AIC-7860 (rev 03) Does FC1 support the above? If so, any kernel commands to pass before install? Again, this works great on the earlier kernels. Thanks! ~Alex -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/rPbmi6NlI+CoSzsRAu44AJ95UkKLYwQeTxibkmdnUU+6sBnjhwCgkUHS wEWPZaDYuD06L7knpalYU/s= =d+D9 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- fedora-test-list mailing list [email protected] http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-test-list
