Up2date, yum and a proxy

I have made all the site changes in yum.conf and up2date for the
change of URL, as listed many times on the list.

I have updated /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date with the correct proxy and
entered http_proxy="http://proxy-name:80". I 

When I run 'yum update' command I get the following error,

Any ideas?
