We will be reviewing our documentation structure in upcoming releases; 
the next release will have release notes as per-norm.

As for RHN 503, it was mostly an infrastructure and bug-fix release. 
The infrastructure items were in preparation for standard upcoming RHEL 
updates; the external bug list is as follows:
