Due to my package manager, this one is installed as well: pytgtk2-2.10.1-8.el5.x86_64

And furthermore this package is supported by RHLE

Well, seems it looks like it is a python application, it's probably looking 
for PyGTK2, which is in pygtk2-2.10.1-8.el5.
