yum update from RHN

When I issue yum update I always get "No Packages marked for Update".
But I'm sure I have lots of package to update. When login RHN web and
view my subscribed system. It shows a lot of errat need to be updated.

What shall I check? 

 

I only have one file under /etc/yum.repos.d

rhel-debuginfo.repo

And contents is as follow
