As for when / how etc etc. The point of the matter is RH should be able to keep up with Business demand since they are providing a business subscription service. #1 recently RHN has been very spotty #2 Few months ago we had RHN downtime due to "infiltrated servers" #3 having a local satalitte / mrepo server shouldn't even come up in the discussion, as it should be a reliable service (although I do agree that you should have a staging server locally). -- I say never be complete.
