processor, number, speed, memory, etc.

Ordinarily I just do a dmesg and grep for CPU, or mem, or whatever I
need.  Unfortunately this server has had so many disk errors over the
last few weeks that all of that information has scrolled out of the
dmesg buffer.  How would I get this info without dmesg without rebooting
the server?
