Hostname: #uname -a Hostname 2.6.18-128.1.10.el5 #1 SMP Wed Apr 29 13:53:08 EDT 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Through my VMware Infrastructure client I am adding an additional 100GB disk to this VM. To make this quick and get it done I had to reboot the VM for the new disk to show up so I could configure it. Is there a way to get this additional disk to show up with out the reboot? I know how to do this with my physical machines but it's not the same.
