RHN API user.createUser() call is missing from documentation

I've been using the RHN Public API call user.createUser() for quite
some time and today when I went back to check on some documentation
about it I noticed that it is missing from the documentation:
https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/docs/Red_Hat_Network/API_Documentation/user/UserHandler.html

I know it still works but I'm concerned if it is still supported and
why the documentation was removed for it.

Anyone have a clue?
