Outdated packages

We have a few outdated packages:

ffmpeg has gone to 0.11.2 and the latest from
the 0.10 series is 0.10.6:

libbluray is 0.2.3:

http://www.videolan.org/developers/libbluray.html

libmatroska is 1.3.6:

http://www.matroska.org/downloads/windows.html

and epel is using 1.2.0 (
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/SRPMS/repoview/libmatroska.html)

By the way, vlc-2.0.4.-5 did not show up for F17 ...
