Hi Axel,
I have just downloaded
http://dl.atrpms.net/src/el6-i386/atrpms/stable/npapi-vlc-2.0.6-0.2git47ea8c7.src.rpm
and it builds fine here with mock.
The patch is being applied conditionally this way:
# RHEL6 fix
%if 0%{?rhel} > 5
%patch0 -p1 -b .el6
%endif
I can use --with rhel if you prefer ...
