I've just recently upgraded mythTV to 0.25, and for the most part
everything seems to be behaving normally but I'm just browsing the backend
log file and see this message

2012-06-18 15:14:23.713204 I [1614/1614] CoreContext
mythcorecontext.cpp:227 (Init) - Assumed character encoding: en_AU
2012-06-18 15:14:23.713215 W [1614/1614] CoreContext
mythcorecontext.cpp:234 (Init) - This application expects to be running a
locale that specifies a UTF-8 codeset, and many features may behave
improperly with your current language settings. Please set the LC_ALL or
LC_CTYPE, and LANG variable(s) in the environment in which this program is
executed to include a UTF-8 codeset (such as 'en_US.UTF-8').

I've set my /etc/sysconfig/i18n as follows.

LANG="en_AU.UTF-8"
SYSFONT="latarcyrheb-sun16"
SUPPORTED="en_US.UTF-8:en_US:en"

and locale command confirms this is now ok
why is MythTV thinking its still just en_AU

thanks
Paul
