Nvidia-graphics-switch problem on FC17

On my fresh install fedora core 17 

after I run a yum install nvidia-graphics313.30 

I run the following command which gives me the error below. 

I have looked through the past few months and I did not find this issue.

Any advise is greatly appreciated. 

nvidia-graphics-switch 313.30

  File "/usr/lib64/nvidia-graphics-helpers/nvidia-config-x.py", line 6, in
<module>

    import xf86config

ImportError: No module named xf86config
