mythtv-0.27/0.28 for EL6

I noticed that for EL6, the mythtv folders for 0.27 and 0.28 only include the mythweb src rpm and not the mythtv srv (or binary) rpms. Are there any plans to create 0.27 and 0.28 rpms for EL6? Are there any issues that would make it difficult/impossible?
