Missing SRPMs for CentOS 6.4

  I had cause to try to get a newer xmltv package over the weekend for my SL6.4 PVR, and I found that not only it is a bit out of date, there appear to be no SRPMs on ATRPMs beyond el6.3.

  As it happens, my issue wasn't to be fixed by a newer xmltv anyway, but I thought I'd mention it.
