I just did rpm -V and got the following output:prelink: /opt/mathematica-6.0/SystemFiles/Libraries/Linux/libPHANToMIO.so.4: at least one of file's dependencies has changed since prelinking S.?..... /opt/mathematica-6.0/SystemFiles/Libraries/Linux/libPHANToMIO.so.4 This is the first build I did but it may well be related to prelink in some way. Is there a specific detection for prelink or is it assumed that if the md5sum is changed it must be because of prelink? Perhaps there is something in that file which is confusing rpm.
