%include <abspath>/pkg.spec
and write in <abspath>/pkg.spec from perl
The default search list for %include is
rpm --eval '%{_specdir}\n'
defined as
# The directory where the spec file from a source package will be
# installed.
%_specdir %{_topdir}/SPECS
