I just noticed that as well, but in a slightly different scenerio (I noticed
it regarding dep resolution straying off of the defined --server.

Test out 0.90.6, and let me know if you are still having the problem.

If the new version does not cut it, run the same command with 
'--debug 2> debug-grab.out' at the end, and forward me the debug-grab.out.
