Altruistic.lbl.gov repository going away

I will need to take down the Altruistic.lbl.gov repository. GRAB is getting to be fairly popular and the system (and network) is starting to show usage. What is making the most network usage is the building of the provides database. Lots of hits! Maybe I could host at runlevelzero, but my pipe is not big enough (768 SDSL). I need ideas...
