grab is giving it a status of lowercase u not uppercase U...which means
glibc is showing up as an update for a different archetiecture i
believe.  the update is for i386...you have i686 glibc installed...grab
is correctly NOT installing the glibc update becuase its the wrong arch.

Though it would be nice if grab could report a warning about that when
doing sysupdate...maybe something like "updates available but for a
different arch...check with --showall"
