Good points, and well said! Not that I want to code this, but I was thinking
along the lines of making this an extra command line option to invoke this
non-default feature. It will first try a rpm -U --test [] to see if anything 
else is needed, and when/if it dies look up those deps in the local provides 
db and prompt to instal those files too...
