Check out the --nolocaldeps feature which will avoid matching deps to the
local provides database. This will hopefully fix many of the problems
associated with dist upgrades. The problem with it is that it takes way too
long to run everything through the dep resolving functions. This needs to be
reritten and optimized very badly!!!
