Actually i thought about it more and I dont need all that summary information scriptable...but having the vendor and packager tags scriptable would be nice. Actually i really like to have grab be able to warn me if I'm upgrading a package from a different Vendor/Packager than the currently installed. It would be nice if grab could know about Vender/Packager while doing a --sysupdate so grab could only --sysupdate packages from the same Vendor/Packager...and not just look at version number. If all you are going to do is point grab to redhat distro mirrors for updates thats then this feature isnt a huge deal...but if you are going to point to extra package repositories...like mozilla.org or say to a project at sourceforge...you prob don't want a redhat update being installed over your custom package or vice versa. If you are going to do things automagically with --sysupdate I think grab should try to only update from the save vendor/packager...its sort of a small safety net. This might be a good way to get grab to work for ximian packages as well...prevent downloading redhat's version of gnome when xim pack is installed...and vice versa. I'm sure i mentioned this before...and now that grab is caching deps very well. This should not be so difficult to do now. -jef
