I will have to re-read this when I am not at work to better understand it. My
first thoughts are that RPM 4.1 should be able to handle a lot of this much
better then 4.0 (from what I hear). I have not played with it yet, but I think
that dep resolution will be much better and a lot of the dirtywork that GRAB
now does will be handled directly by RPM.

I will probably move forward (when some distro's get released with RPM 4.1) on
that devel track, and fork GRAB so that people still using the old version of
RPM can still have GRAB do the dirty work. Eventually I suppose I will have to
stop maintaining the RPM 4.0 compliant version of GRAB so I can focus on moving
GRAB forward.

That will still be a while though.
