1.0.6 prerelease...

Sorry for not doing this sooner, but I have really been overloaded with
stuff... For anyone interested, check out http://warewulf-cluster.org (my
other big project).

OK here is the changelog:

#  v1.0.6   Fixed bug in --status forcing a --noskip. Fixed bug with
#     show_servers. Made the chooser a bit smarter with regard to syntax.

I actually went through the E-mail logs, and I think that was all I had to
wedge into this version. Am I forgetting anything? Let me know ASAP. This
version will probably be released (if I don't hear anything from you guys) by
Monday.
