to do the initial 7.3  main branch lookups...easily a couple of hours
probably...doing the initial main os server AND rawhide which is what i
usually did could take a while longer...though I never actually timed a
full inititial provides pull.  I can cleanall the 7.3 box in the other
room which I haven't updated grab on yet...and time how long it takes to
do the initial pull....lets see the 7.3 box running grab 1.0.6 took:
real    76m21.204s
user    13m19.920s
sys     4m5.060s
to pull the 7.3 repositories.

A second attempt at the provides pull for grab 2 on rh 8.0 gives
11m43.561s...
