GRAB Version 2.2 Released!

Here is the changelog:

#  v2.2     Fixed an rpmchecksig reinit (where it should not have been) that
#     screwed up RPM-4.0 (thatnks Ben Li). Sorted more effeciently the
#     provides-db creation thanks to some logic from Eric Gerbier. Changed the
#     rpm_checksig config param to rpm_opts, and GRAB will automatically try
#     to configure the config file when writing. Added the 'rpmarg' Option to
#     add various arguments when RPM gets called to install/upgrade packages.
#     Added the --nlp so when doing searches, local dependancies are not
#     checked.
