Re: Timing out during sysupdate

You mentioned that this does not happen consistently, which makes me think of
some sort of network issue. You mentioned that you don't know what the
firewall scenario looks like, but I am also curious if you are running some
form of intrusion detection or something that may be dropping packets. 

can you do the following:

   # grab --debug --sysupdate 2>/tmp/grab.debug

to replicate the problem, and then send the file /tmp/grab.debug.
