There is really not too much going on in the world of GRAB. Things are looking very stable, almost boringly stable... Maybe it is time for a rewrite, or some new major something or other?! :) Any ideas? Here is the Changelog: # v2.4 Fixed bug in config file updater with '#rpm opts#' definition. # Wrote function to update the hash RPM database. Built the main loop to # stay in the chooser while there packages in the chooser. Fixed issue # with --download option also autochoosing --showall. Oh yea, I have heard of several people doing distribution upgrades with GRAB (successfully!). I still have not seen it for myself, but I have not tried it either. Maybe one day. Does anyone here care about RedHat's new distribution "End Of Life" policy? This means that they may stop releasing updates after 1 year of a distro being released. http://www.redhat.com/apps/support/errata/ -- /* Greg Kurtzer, Open Source Developer * http://runlevelzero.net/greg/ * * RunLevelZero.net Warewulf GRAB * [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] * http://runlevelzero.net/ http://warewulf-cluster.org/ http://rpm-grab.org/ * * Do not add my E-mail or contact info to ANY M$ Outlook addressbook!
