Please...this is NOT the mailinglist for this discussion.
Greg was simply giving background information as to why he
is no longer actively hacking on grab...and where he currently
is putting his personal efforts.  Please don't drag a discussion of cAos
versus fedora into an unrelated mailinglist.   If you want to convince
Greg that his efforts are misplaced, please do it in a private email
with him or go troll the cAos mailinglists
and start flamewars there if you have a problem with the existence of
cAos.  I'm not interested in strong arming anyone into helping out
Fedora over other projects.  It comes down to different priorities. And
its unfortunate that Red Hat priorities for Fedora
are not in line with what Greg's priorities...but its a reality. I hope
though in the future, as the Fedora process and the cAos process move
forward, there will be opportunities for each development process to
learn from the other. Just as both new processes will hopefully take
lessons from the debian experience.    
Greg, maybe its time to shut this list down. I still have grab installed
on a box :->, but I don't know if this mailinglist is serving a purpose
anymore. Especially if its existence is just going to invite people to
get into distribution flamewars.
