Update and RPM ds

I'm looking at a few things at the moment and thought I would share.

In August I'm giving a talk on rpm-python so I hope to get a basic  tutorial style doc done by then.

I'd like to push forward on rpmUtils, I know various things have been sent to
list and are in cvs at yum, there is a lot of duplication of common tasks that
I think should be centralised.  So I'm going to spend a little time going over
what Seth, everyone else feel free to dig in and add comments.

I've just fixed an inconsistency in rpm.ds which should make it easier to use
in conjunction with the comparison routines.  I'll probably document rpm.ds as
part of my talk, although it won't be the focus.

Hopefully by the end of the month I'd like to get a roadmap discussed so if you have any burning needs/desires/wishes[0] let the list know.
