The source is contained within rpm itself.  The Doxygen'erated api docs
are actually quite good.

CVS as for rpm (se rpm.org) or grab the src.rpm for your rpm version.

rpm.org is probably closest to the home page, if you read Jeff's last
post you'll get some insight into the development past and present.
