Flags for --allmatches and --nodeps

I am trying to duplicate the functionality of 'rpm -e --allmatches --nodeps' with rpm.ts.addErase(). I found in the rpm source code the constants that are used for the two command line options but they don't seem to be exported to the Python module. Is there another trick that I should be using?
