Exactly what kind of "exception" do you get?  What are the last things to
show up on the console?  Do you have the "Halfword Immediate and Relative
Branch Feature" on your machine?

  I´m Peter Robert, specialist OS/390.
  I have 9672-R32 and download LINUX 390 from MARIST COLLEGE Site.  After
IPL DRIVER from tape, the LINUX  stay looping in basic mode and show
exception in lpar mode.  Please, help!
