Running anaconda - please wait...

I have been successful in installing RedHat 7.2 with the initrd.img file
(2.4.9-37) and associated parm files for a qeth network connection. 
This was accomplished with the script "RHSETUP"  This script however
does NOT give me an option to perform a custom install.  From previous
experience with the IUCF connection, I know that the script "LOADER"
does give me that option.  
   
I am attempting install Linux RedHat 7.2 with a qeth network connection
on our VM/Machine and am getting the following message when I attempt to
use "LOADER".
 
I receive a message that netstg1.img is being loaded then I receive:
 
Running anaconda - please wait
 
Nothing else happens after that.  
 
The VM/Console has the following messages:

Earlier in the IPL of the linux machine I do get the following
messages.  I don't know if they have anythig to do with the problem at
