Installing RHEL AS v.3 on S/390 by tape

Hello,

I tried to install RHEL AS v.3 on S/390 by tape.

When I did IPL  I got messages:

"The load control unit or device is busy"    and

"The load control unit and device may be shared by another system. Try the
  load operation again. If the problem continues, select service".

The similar procedure works without problems with TurboLinux.
