the boot loader grub under Linux Redhat.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

i dont know who are you ?
if you want install that , in defualt when you start
setup select grub for boot loader.
or after install in /etc/grub.conf
config that and after that in your shell like ...
root@xcxv#grub install <path of grub conf>
or just type grub install 
it install grub !!
congragulation !!!!
in grub.conf file set your other operating system 
NOTIC : if you have problem back to lilo by type 
damon@localhost#lilo
by !
