Sound card not working with redhat-8.0

 I am using Redhat-8.0 with my pentium-III dell computer. Everything is fine but coming to audio section while booting it is giving error note as following.

 “can't locate module sound-service-0-0”
“aumix: error opening mixer”

in KDE desktop env system settings->soundcard detection is responding correctly but it is not playing any test sounds.

What are the chances for occuring above bug?

I have to mount any stack for this like USB?

I am testing this in root login only.
