Re:R: CS4236B

Hi,

I have the same problem as ivan's.
For reason unclear to me, I can't register to up2date (Running "system
tools | redhat network" I always get eventually "user problem" any help
on that?)
So I manually updated my kernel to:

Sauron:aviel # uname -a
Linux Sauron 2.4.18-26.8.0 #1 Mon Feb 24 10:12:42 EST 2003 i686 i686
i386 GNU/Linux


But still I get the same error messages.

In addition, browsing https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/rh8-errata.html for
fixes regarding sound detection, I could not find any!
