Re: Could not play mp3

I'm all new to Linux and had sorta the same problem... Apparently XMMS 
dosent come with a mp3 plug in because of some licence problems... found 
a proper plugin at the end of this link: 
http://havardk.xmms.org/dist/xmms-1.2.7-rh8-rh9-rpm/
