Ultra install w/ floppy & cdrom

When trying to install RH 6.2 on an Ultra 1 using the
cdrom and an install floppy with boot64.img. The
install fails with a message like "running out of
compressed data". Will a floppy install work on an
Ultra 1?

I tried to boot the RH 6.2 cd with the command boot
cdrom, but the cdrom will not boot.

What am I doing wrong?
