Hi,
Budget constraint is holding us to go for a server with 64-bit processor and
at the same time we need to develop and deploy on 64-bit environment. Can
any one send me a link on this. I havent' found an answer on google yet.

Thanks.

I dont think its possible to run a 64bit OS on a 32 bit machine.
What idea do u have that requires this?

You might wanna check what it means to be XXbit machine.
