Thank you for quick reply. It did work. Thanks a lot once again.

I booted from CDROM that came with redhat box. I gave boot cdrom at ok pr=
ompt follwed by linux resue at boot: prompt. system booted and we coud mo=
unt our hard disk and edit password file.
