First of all I am trying to install from CDROM, the = bootable cdrom disk I created from AL-2.99-sparc-disc1.iso file. I had initial problem booting from it, = giving me ' memory address not aligned' error. Found out that my OBP = firmware was old so I had to upgrade from 3.25, to 3.31. Then it booted = fine, but when choosing install media, it says it does not have a driver = for that media?! And I selected local CDROM for install?! It is IDE CDROM, as well as internal disk. Do I have to supply driver = for it, and if yes where to find it? Kind Regards Milan --Apple-Mail-1-720841652 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii <html><head></head><body style=3D"word-wrap: break-word; = -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><font = class=3D"Apple-style-span" size=3D"4"><span class=3D"Apple-style-span" = style=3D"font-size: 14px;">Hi Guys,</span></font><div><font = class=3D"Apple-style-span" size=3D"4"><span class=3D"Apple-style-span" = style=3D"font-size: 14px;"><br></span></font></div><div><font = class=3D"Apple-style-span" size=3D"4"><span class=3D"Apple-style-span" = style=3D"font-size: 14px;">I am a novice to linux on SUN Ultra 5 = hardware, so forgive me if my question is stupid.
